Clint Eastwood has become a living monument of Hollywood. He is to film what Chuck Norris is to roundhouse kicks: the founding father and ruling king. His squint alone has the ability to make lesser filmmakers renounce the craft altogether and his gravelly snarl has made plenty of punks reassess the status of their luck. But everyone knows he’s a badass, and everyone knows he’s as talented behind a camera as he is behind the trigger of a .44 Magnum. But there are some things you might not have known about him.
Zach Galifianakis, Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim were commissioned by Absolut Vodka to make a film for their website. They were told they could do anything they wanted as long as they mentioned the product.

A David Tennant lookalike who died in a tragic accident had a time-travelling funeral - to go out just like his Dr Who hero. Seb Neale, 26, had a coffin like a Tardis time machine complete with blue flashing light for his out-of-this world send-off. His family replaced sombre funeral music with the Dr Who theme tune and mourners sang along and burst into applause.
More than 200 mourners were greeted with words: 'I'm a time lord ... I'm not a human being. I walk in eternity.' And instead of readings from the scriptures, the service used original scripts from classic Dr Who episodes.
On Wednesday, June 24th, Google Apps and Virgin America invite the brave and the willing, the airborne and the earthbound to embark on the “Day in the Cloud Challenge,” the first online scavenger hunt played simultaneously in the air and, well, everywhere else.

A new Top of the Pops
In the physical world, charts are built on shipped albums. Online charts have been a simple count of digital downloads. We Are Hunted is different. We discover new music from around the web and detect sentiment, expression and advocacy to understand what people like and dislike.
Hulu is developing an iPhone app that'll stream over 3G and Wi-Fi, and it's "badass." It'll hit "within a few months." I've been dreaming of this moment since Joost's app.
30 Rock, Dollhouse, Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, Arrested Development, oh yes. Any hope AT&T has of charging people a monthly fee for mobile TV dies with a Hulu app, especially once ABC jumps onboard and it hits other mobile platforms (which it surely will). If it truly delivers the full Hulu experience—every video with a great UI—the potential awesomeness literally blows my mind.
This suburban Chicago home became famous after it appeared in 1986 movie “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” and now, it’s up for sale. The mid-century Ferrari house was designed by architects A. In the movie, the 5,300-square-foot house was owned by Ferris Bueller’s friend, Cameron Frye.
