Hostess Twinkies Turns 77


Twinkies is turning 77 today, it was invented on April 6, 1930 by bakery manager James Dewar and has been a hit every since. It is considered the epitome of the true "junk" food. For five straight years from 1977, twinkies was in all of the comic books promoting their brand of delight food with the top super-heroes of the time.
