Now in this book you will find pictures of Google birds; some, though ugly, are very nice; others, though pretty, are very nasty. So, perhaps, really the pretty ones are ugly and the ugly ones pretty!

The product was not designed for the current generation of device, but the official 6G iPod (fanboy art above - the current generation is referred to as 5.5) which is to be released in December. His company’s device only comes onto the market shortly before then and would benefit hugely because the new iPod would sport a screen that filled the full side of the device and consequently offer higher resolution video.

As steampunk-ish as this sculpture/project looks, it actually works. There's a working display, working keyboard, and working morse code input (wtf?). The creator was inspired by both the Apple Mac (he wanted to make something completely different) and Terry Gilliam. If you look at the back, there are working USB, serial, and a VGA port for the monitor.

If approved, the drug will triple the time period for initiating emergency stroke treatment and offer other important advantages over other medications currently in use, including the only Food and Drug Administration-approved stroke drug.

This actually came out in 1980 before the cartoon in the U.S. Of course the Smurfs were popular long before that due to the comic strip drawn by Pierre "Peyo" Culliford in Belgium in 1958. And whether you love the Smurfs or hate them, these songs are undeniably catchy.
