Vermont's Governor Wants Entire State to Offer Free Wi-Fi by 2010
Governor Douglas says, “By 2010 Vermont [should] become the nation’s first ‘e-state’ — the first state to offer universal access to broadband and wireless technology everywhere within its borders… The infrastructure that we build will form a foundation for economic growth and job creation that is second to none.”
